  • Precedence: In the event of any conflict between specific product pages, event announcements, and these Terms, the checkout page at the time of your order or the most recent official announcement shall prevail.

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

2. Account and Data Accuracy

  • Truthful Information: Please ensure that the name, phone number, shipping address, and email you provide are truthful and accurate. This is essential for ensuring your package reaches you safely!

  • User Responsibility: If shipping is delayed or fails due to incorrect information (e.g., wrong address or unreachable phone number), any resulting re-shipping fees or losses will be your responsibility.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Please keep your password secure and do not share it with others.

3. Product Information and Reasonable Variance

  • Visual Representation: We strive for photographic accuracy, but due to different monitor displays, minor color variations do not constitute a product defect.

  • Measurement Tolerance: Product sizes are measured manually; a variance of ±1–2cm is considered a reasonable industry standard.

  • Material Characteristics: Natural characteristics of materials and normal manufacturing marks (such as tiny loose threads) as described on product pages are within reasonable commercial range.

4. Order Formation and Reservation of Rights

  • Contract Formation: A contract is formed only when our system confirms receipt of payment and sends you a "Shipping Notification" via email or SMS.

  • Right to Refuse Orders: THE WEIRD STUDIO reserves the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

    1. Sudden stock shortages or inventory errors.

    2. Obvious pricing errors (e.g., system glitches resulting in irrational $0 or extremely low prices).

    3. Abnormal bulk orders, abuse of promotions, or suspected malicious interference with transactions.

5. Payment, Invoices, and Refunds

  • Payment Methods: Based on the options displayed on the checkout page.

  • E-Invoices: To protect the environment, we use electronic invoices. In the event of a return or cancellation, you authorize us to handle invoice cancellations or credit notes on your behalf to speed up the process.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. The arrival time depends on your bank's processing. If a refund fails due to incorrect information provided by you, any resulting bank fees will be your responsibility.
