Delivery Policy

Thank you for your support of THE WEIRD STUDIO. To ensure that your items are delivered safely, please read the following shipping guidelines before placing your order:

1. Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2–5 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Shipped within 7–30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Assistant's Note: Due to limited staffing, processing may be delayed by 1–3 days during busy periods. If you have an urgent request, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Kindly Note: Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are ready.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Delivery: Approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Convenience Store Pickup: Approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping (SF Express): For Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, and other regions, all orders are sent via "Freight Collect" (recipient pays shipping upon arrival).

3. Important Information

  • Data Accuracy: Please ensure the recipient's name (must match your legal ID) and phone number are correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect information or failure to pick it up, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

  • About Handmade Items: Some products in our store are handmade or semi-handmade; minor variations are a unique characteristic of these items. If you are purchasing handmade products, please understand their unique nature before ordering.
